FitBox is an effective one-hour workout based on boxing techniques, performed with your own body weight.
The goal is to develop motor skills, muscle condition, speed, oxygen absorption capacity, strength and shape the body!

All you need to bring are casual clothes, a drinking bottle and, if you wish, indoor shoes. Dream provides the gloves.
