Floorplay dives sinfully deep into the world of floorwork. Let's learn about the versatile use and expression of the body at floor level. The workshop teaches choreography as well as floorwork technique and acrobatics.

Open level.

You can participate in the workshop in high heels or socks. In addition, it is recommended to protect the knees with knee pads/shin guards.

Chairdance K16

The chair is not made for sitting! Come and learn what else it can do. Féline B's unique and feminine style leads to the secrets of chair dancing. In the workshop, we learn choreography without forgetting chair acrobatics!

Both beginners and more experienced people can participate in the workshop. All exercises can be made easier or harder according to your level. High heels are optional, not mandatory. In addition, it is recommended to protect the knees with knee pads/shin guards.

Féline B

Féline B's first contact with chair dancing was in 2012, and she got to know the secrets of lap dancing in 2016, when she also joined exotic pole.

Her style is seductive, sensual and intense. The nuances of different dance genres can be seen in the choreography, and different bodywaves and floorplay will be especially familiar.

You can come to Féline B's classes just as you are. She has the ability to make everyone shine as confident, sexy and reach their best time and time again.

Féline B has been directing chair dancing and exotic pole since 2017, and before that she has several years of coaching competitive dance. She is the winner of Miss Exotic Pole Finland 2017.

Commercial on nimensä mukaisesti "kaupallinen" tanssityyli, jota nähdäänkin usein musiikkivideoissa. Tanssityylissä yhdistellään eri tanssilajeja mm. hiphop, show, jazz, reggaeton. Commercial-tunneilla opettajan tausta ja persoonallinen tyyli heijastuvat vahvasti niin musiikin valinnassa, kuin liikekielessä.

Tunnin pääpaino on koreografiassa, jossa yhdistyvät erilaiset tanssitekniikat ja kaupallisen tanssin elementit. Koreografioiden avulla harjoitellaan liikkeiden sujuvaa yhdistämistä, ilmaisua ja esiintymistä. 

Kurssi on suunnattu tanssijoille, joilla on jonkin verran tanssitaustaa. Alkeet kurssia verraten käytämme eri suuntia haastaen koordinaatiota sekä tempo on hieman nopeampi. 

Esittely:

Catarina Ramos on monipuolinen tanssija ja tanssinopettaja. Hän opiskelee tällä hetkellä viimeistä vuotta Savonia ammattikorkeakoulussa tanssinopettajaksi pääaineina jazztanssi ja baletti. 

Tanssinopettajan töitä hän on tehnyt usean vuoden ajan opettaen lapsista aikuisiin eri tanssilajeja mm. commercial, jazztanssi, show, heels, baletti ja lastentanssi. 

Opettajana Catarina pyrkii olemaan helposti lähestyttävä, energinen sekä haluaa luoda tunneilla turvallisen ilmapiirin. Catarina ottaa aina mielellään vastaan toiveita opetukseen liittyen, sillä hän haluaa mahdollistaa kaikille tanssin iloa.
