In this course, the twerk movements are soft, calm & super feminine. In addition to learning technique and sensual style, we learn choreography. In Sensual Twerk, most of the movements are done from the floor level, so knee pads are part of the standard equipment. In the course, it is also possible to do a choreography with high heels. Welcome aboard!
