Floorplay brings out the sexier side of floorwork. Let's learn about the versatile use of the body at floor level. In addition, various floorplay techniques, floor acrobatics and choreography are practiced. At the same time, you will also get inspiration for barbells.

You can participate in the class with or without shoes suitable for pole dancing. In addition, it is recommended to protect the knees with knee pads/shin guards.
