Exotic Pole Advanced K16 (requires experience in pole dancing)

Time: Wednesdays at 20:00

In the classes, we dance on the pole and on the floor - with heels, of course! Sensual and bold movement. We teach small series and movement combinations - from which we also build longer choreographies. During the lessons, you'll also learn to control your balance in high heels, to walk and therefore really pole dance in heels! Knee pads a plus.

You must have experience with pole dancing when you participate in this course!
