In the advanced classes, we do movement combinations, twists and strength, as well as movements that require flexibility. You get to challenge yourself in every lesson and the teacher pushes you forward. We also practice more spin bars than in previous levels.
For pole lessons, you need shorts, a comfortable shirt, a towel for drying your hands and the pole.
